Weddings

Use this form to begin planning a Christian wedding service with Pastor Kregg. It gathers basic information about the couple, hoped-for dates, and any special requests so we can talk things through together.

This form helps you share important information about your loved one, your family, and any wishes you have for a funeral, memorial, or committal service. It is a first step to help the pastor prepare thoughtfully and compassionately.

Baptisms

Use this form if you are interested in baptism for yourself or a family member. It gathers contact information, background, and your connection with the church so we can schedule a conversation and discuss next steps.

Important Notes About These Forms

  • Completing a form does not schedule a service, reserve a date, or create any contractual agreement with Pastor Kregg or the church.
  • Dates and times are only confirmed after we have spoken directly by phone, email, or in person.
  • Some services may involve honoraria or facility-use fees (musicians, building use, livestreaming). Any possible costs will be explained clearly before you make commitments.
  • If you are facing an urgent situation (especially around a death in the family), please contact the church office directly in addition to completing the form.
